Shipment Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If for some reason there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email the day order has shipped containing information specific to your order.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of every product we make and sell at Red Clay Creations.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days for a return and full refund.
